Creative Project Manager (AI)

Location: Philippines; fully remote, working on London time (GMT/BST)

Salary: $700–$850 USD per month

What you will do

• Run day-to-day project operations across multiple high-priority client accounts.
• Write creative briefs for senior review and draft and refine ad copy using AI workflows.
• Conduct competitor research and brand deep-dives, including review mining, Reddit research, and founder interviews.
• Study high-performing scripts and adapt them to specific brand voices.
• QA creative against briefs and brand guidelines, and review raw footage to identify the best clips for editors.
• Track deliverables, coordinate creative, strategy, and performance teams, and keep projects moving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for creative quality.
• Ability to work comfortably with both data and creative workflows.
• Clear written communication, careful reading, and proactive execution.
• Experience using AI tools and fluency with Asana, Google Sheets, and Slack.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines on London time (GMT/BST).
