Manager, Enterprise Procurement (IT Infrastructure)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring work from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements across cloud infrastructure, Generative AI platforms, compute, storage, networking, colocation, and end-user computing.
• Draft, review, and redline technology agreements while identifying commercial risks and improving contract terms.
• Evaluate technical proposals, bills of materials, pricing models, and supplier terms to identify savings and validate business value.
• Analyze spend, budgets, forecasts, supplier performance, and market data; build dashboards to support sourcing decisions.
• Track enterprise Generative AI investments, identify consolidation opportunities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement leadership, suppliers, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology procurement.
• Demonstrated success negotiating technology agreements and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Experience reviewing technical proposals, pricing models, or infrastructure bills of materials.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills, including Excel, financial analysis, and data visualization.
• Curiosity about enterprise technology and infrastructure concepts such as CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and Generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise technology suppliers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, Apple, or similar providers.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
