AI Enablement Specialist

Location: Remote-first, with Toronto, Ottawa, or Calgary preferred for this role.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD per year, base salary.

What you will do

• Create AI training and development content, including guides, slide decks, videos, playbooks, templates, and role-based learning paths.
• Build and improve interactive, self-serve learning experiences for independent AI adoption.
• Identify user groups, learning needs, skill gaps, workflow pain points, and opportunities for AI or automation.
• Partner with AI Champions on departmental adoption roadmaps, reusable resources, and internal launches of AI tools.
• Gather requirements and translate workflows, expected impact, data needs, feasibility, and risks into roadmap recommendations.
• Measure enablement through content engagement, tool usage, proficiency, support trends, time saved, and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in learning and development, technical enablement, digital learning, knowledge management, change enablement, developer education, or a related field.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms, plus practical knowledge of large language model capabilities and limitations.
• Experience designing clear learning content and self-serve digital learning experiences for users with different roles and technical backgrounds.
• Strong business analysis, workflow mapping, requirements gathering, written communication, and information design skills.
• Strong relationship-building, project management, prioritization, and live facilitation skills.
• A practical, people-first approach to change and technology adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code or no-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience creating interactive learning experiences or lightweight web applications with low-code, no-code, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with AI agents, connectors, model selection, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Experience with internal tool launches, champions networks, communities of practice, AI governance, or data privacy.
• Experience speaking at industry events or creating external thought-leadership content.
