AI Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$96,000–CA$130,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute a company-wide strategy for AI capability, adoption, and enablement.
• Build and lead a cross-functional AI Superteam of departmental AI experts and champions.
• Design role-based AI learning experiences, playbooks, use-case libraries, prompt frameworks, workshops, and office hours.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled workflows across teams, helping move experiments into sustainable operating practices.
• Partner with leadership, Technology, Security, Legal, and business teams to align employee enablement with technical governance.
• Define and track measures of AI readiness, capability, adoption, and organizational impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, enablement, change management, transformation, or a related field.
• Experience designing and scaling organizational learning or capability programs and driving adoption of new technologies, processes, or ways of working.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and modern AI tools, including hands-on use of AI in knowledge work.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including human oversight, data considerations, quality, and judgment.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with strong change-management instincts and a bias toward experimentation and learning.

• Experience building communities of practice, champion networks, or similar grassroots enablement models.
