Human Resources Specialist (HR Tech)

Location: Romania (Remote-First)

Annual gross base salary: L138,400–L173,000, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, lifecycle events, terminations, performance improvement plans, and salary changes.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, attend sensitive meetings, and prepare legally sound documentation.
• Advise clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk mitigation across Southern Europe.
• Build relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR legal advisors, and the Global Mobility team.
• Lead compliance governance, process documentation, workload transitions, and global HR practice improvements.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption across HR processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Deep expertise in labor laws and employment regulations across Southern Europe, with a focus on France and portage salarial.
• Experience supporting complex employee relations and advising on employment contracts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
