What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters.
• Listen to customers, understand vehicle problems, and arrange appropriate repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate communication between customers, service managers, and technicians.
• Explain required and recommended repairs and manage expectations around service delivery.
• Help ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, dependable conduct, composure under stress, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Experience with CDK and/or X-Time.
