Automotive Service Manager (Automotive)

Location: 13263 S. Parker Road, Parker, Colorado, United States; onsite at the automotive service facility.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year for qualified applicants.

What you will do

• Manage office and shop personnel, daily operations, schedules, policies, and performance.
• Oversee the complete vehicle repair process, including estimates, work orders, technician assignments, parts selection, and customer communication.
• Maintain repair quality, guest satisfaction, service presentation, and operational standards.
• Manage sales activities, revenue, profit margins, corrective actions, and assigned business goals.
• Perform daily store opening and closing, accounting closeouts, reconciliations, audits, and report analysis.
• Ensure equipment is operational and technicians have the resources required to work effectively.

Requirements

• 10 years of management experience in a high-paced, high-volume automotive shop.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Ability to remain on feet for most of the workday and occasionally lift or carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and standard handset phone several times daily.

• Experience with Tekmetric and Autoflow digital vehicle inspections.
