Staff Pharmacist

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 per year for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff on effective customer service.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
