Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite in Holland, Michigan, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus available.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory levels, and pharmacy loss-prevention controls.
• Oversee customer service, community outreach programs, and initiatives that improve patient and community health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers and manage pharmacy staff and operations.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
