Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite in Plano, Texas, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional or complex-structure pay.

A large retail and pharmacy organization providing community-based prescription services, patient care, and healthcare programs.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Analyze pharmacy performance and financial data to improve patient outcomes and business decisions.
• Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, loss prevention, and safety controls.
• Resolve customer needs, guide service standards, and support community outreach programs.
• Oversee quality assurance reviews and compliance with company and legal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the date of job entry.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Experience working effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, compliance, and performance.
