Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa, United States; onsite at hirify.global Supercenter 00886

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 per year for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $60,000 sign-on bonus are mentioned.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other hirify.global pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff in delivering effective customer service.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners and participate in outreach activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Adaptability in responding to patient needs and varied medical concerns.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and patient privacy requirements.
