Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 2840 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is also offered.

What you will do

• Process and accurately dispense prescriptions while maintaining confidential records and controlled-medication documentation.
• Provide patient counseling, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy healthcare programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Lead patient safety, quality assurance, error reporting, risk reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, billing procedures, standard operating procedures, safety controls, and legal regulations.
• Guide, coach, and mentor associates while setting expectations for customer service, pharmacy operations, and quality of care.
• Build stakeholder relationships and implement business initiatives, action plans, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bullhead City, Arizona pharmacy location.
