Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 580 US Highway 9, Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 per year for a 40-hour/week schedule, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers about healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to build relationships, adapt to patient needs, and address varied medical concerns.
• Must work at the Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey pharmacy location.
