Location: Onsite at 1399 N Washington Way, Ephrata, WA 98823-2629, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and participate in hirify.global pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or state pharmacy association training.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and address varied patient needs.
