Director, Care Experience and Engagement

Location: Remote; candidates should reside in a location that allows for quick and reliable transit to an airport.

Salary: $125,000–$130,000 per year

hirify.global is a nonprofit organization supporting Planned Parenthood affiliates that provide sexual and reproductive health care, education, and advocacy across the United States.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and disseminate best practices that strengthen patient trust, patient experience, and employee engagement.
• Support member organizations in improving patient satisfaction, care navigation, and patient-centered care delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient experience, human-centered design, organizational culture, and engagement.
• Partner with Digital Strategy, Health Outcomes, and health equity stakeholders to improve care experiences and address disparities.
• Establish measures, evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and use operational data to guide continuous improvement.
• Facilitate advisory councils, peer learning, training, stakeholder forums, and knowledge-sharing across member organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with relevant education or training in public administration, public health, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in nonprofit management, health care consulting, patient experience, or related services.
• Advanced knowledge of medical practice management, patient experience, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and brand loyalty.
• Strong written communication, public speaking, group facilitation, collaboration, and client relationship management skills.
• High proficiency in Google products and the ability to work independently through complex, ambiguous, cross-organizational problems.
• Commitment to sexual and reproductive health, racial equity, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• At least three years of experience working at a Planned Parenthood member organization.
• Clinical licensure as an RN, NP, PA, or CNM.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business management, or a related field.
