Manager, Provider Network Operations (Telehealth)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 base salary per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Set and report on provider network capacity targets and close access gaps before they affect patients.
• Partner with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, and Learning teams to streamline the path from contract signature to first patient visit.
• Own provider relationships across orientation, utilization, retention, and ongoing network participation.
• Define network metrics, build reporting and dashboards, and turn data into process or product improvements.
• Build programs such as clinician incentives and community initiatives to support active participation.
• Monitor provider quality data, address outliers, support remediation, and contribute to contract termination decisions when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in provider network management, provider success, or network operations at a telehealth company.
• Experience owning network metrics related to growth, retention, utilization, and quality.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to tell a story and prioritize investments.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills across Clinical, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Ability to build new processes, optimize existing ones, and work effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
• Must be located in the United States for the remote work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in women's health.
• Experience managing a clinician network involving multiple license types, such as MDs, NPs, and RDs.
