Senior Director, Contracting & Network Development (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States, with a preference for candidates living in Texas

Salary: $148,000–$274,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for provider contracting, network development, and network optimization across multiple product lines.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage product-specific contracts and amendments with providers and vendors.
• Develop strategies for new networks and markets that support network access, adequacy, unit cost, growth, and regulatory objectives.
• Build cross-functional teams, determine resource requirements, and develop budgets aligned with network management and financial goals.
• Lead network development specialists through implementation and development stages.
• Monitor performance, address process and quality gaps, and communicate network strategy with senior management and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related contracting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience establishing new markets, including strategy development and implementation oversight.
• Experience with complex provider contract negotiations and network strategy.
• Remote role based in the United States; preference for candidates living in Texas.
