Pharmacy Manager

Location: Palm Harbor, Florida, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 01513

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver patient care in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Set customer service standards and guide staff in resolving patient and customer needs.
• Lead community outreach programs and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports and implement loss prevention, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification.
• Active pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy and financial data to improve performance and support business decisions.
• Ability to oversee pharmacy staff and operations.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
