Pharmacy Manager

Location: Whitehall, Michigan, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 03458

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus available

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach programs and promote community engagement.
• Analyze reports and implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, performance data, and financial information.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
