Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite at 898 S 2550 E, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660, United States

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus potential performance bonuses and additional regional or complex-structure pay.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff in delivering patient care and community pharmacy services.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, inventory levels, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Guide customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company policies.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage staff participation.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
• Experience managing pharmacy staff and operations.
