Pharmacy Manager

Location: Spring Hill, Florida, United States; onsite at 1485 Commercial Way

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Maintain accurate pricing, merchandise presentation, signing, and inventory levels.
• Guide customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Monitor compliance, loss prevention, safety controls, reports, and quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy and financial data and manage staff and operations.
