Pharmacy Manager (Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Warrenton, Oregon, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter #05861

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting pharmacy health programs.
• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, standard operating procedures, quality assurance, and billing requirements.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop pharmacy associates while setting expectations for customer service, patient safety, and quality of care.
• Oversee inventory flow, ordering, merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, analyze financial data, and respond to market and operational trends.
• Implement compliance, loss-prevention, safety, and continuous-improvement initiatives, including root-cause action plans for patient safety issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Work onsite at the Warrenton, Oregon pharmacy facility.
