TL;DR
Global A&D Vulnerability Management Expert (Cybersecurity): Coordinating the identification, assessment, triage, prioritization, tracking, and remediation of cybersecurity vulnerabilities across products, software, infrastructure, and Industrial Automation Control Systems with an accent on OT cybersecurity, vulnerability coordination, and regulatory reporting. Focus on correlating vulnerabilities across products, coordinating product teams and suppliers, preparing authority notifications, and monitoring ENISA and CRA requirements.

Location: Lund, Sweden; other hirify.global locations within the European time zone may be considered. Permanent position with approximately 10% travel.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the identification, assessment, triage, prioritization, tracking, and remediation of vulnerabilities across products, solutions, software, infrastructure, and Industrial Automation Control Systems.
  • Monitor threat intelligence, QuTI-P, ISIRT events, and escalated vulnerability alerts from product and solution teams.
  • Normalize and correlate vulnerabilities across products and own the vulnerability intake and coordination process.
  • Coordinate with product security points of contact, engineering teams, suppliers, cybersecurity specialists, and operational stakeholders.
  • Prepare vulnerability notifications for authorities and customers, including reporting actively exploited vulnerabilities and security incidents to ENISA.
  • Monitor ENISA and CRA reporting requirements, maintain relevant documentation, and optimize vulnerability information sources.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in OT cybersecurity.
  • Documented expertise in vulnerability management.
  • Strong understanding of NIS2, CRA, and NIST legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Experience working in a global organization and coordinating stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Full professional fluency in English.

  • IEC 62443 certification.
  • Additional language skills.
