Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of autonomous security platforms into sovereign, air-gapped, and high-security enterprise networks across the UK and EU.
• Read and modify customer and platform code in C/C++, Rust, Go, and Python to identify vulnerabilities, verify patches, and build custom security tooling integrations.
• Act as the technical feedback loop between field deployments and the core Engineering and AI teams.
• Navigate authentication systems, cross-domain solutions, network constraints, and compliance frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering, SOC, and operational leadership as a vulnerability management and automated defense subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Active UK SC/DV, EU Secret, NATO Secret, or equivalent national security clearance required.
• Production development experience with Python, Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Deep understanding of memory safety, logic flaws, web and network attack surfaces, and zero-day dynamics.
• Experience with complex IT/OT/VPC architectures, air-gapped networks, Linux kernel internals, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and hands-on system administrators.
• Strong interest in national security, sovereign cyber defense, and protecting democratic societies.
