Future Talent - Automation Specialist

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico. The role requires approximately 50% travel within Mexico. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.

What you will do

• Develop automation solutions for customers as part of the Automation team.
• Support implementation, control design, programming, and quotations using Siemens and Rockwell systems.
• Learn and apply control architecture, SCADA, and control network technologies.
• Work in a multi-project environment and adapt automation solutions to individual project requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and international colleagues across the organization.
• Travel within Mexico for approximately 50% of the working time.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with an engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge in Siemens and/or Rockwell.
• Basic knowledge of control architecture, SCADA systems, and control networks.
• Conversational English and Spanish are required.
• Good communication, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
