Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (Food Ingredients)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the manufacturing facility.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Maintain the reliability and availability of motors, MCCs, VFDs, process instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration programs, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Identify improvements in safety, reliability, efficiency, energy utilization, and plant performance.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning, startups, documentation, and technical guidance for maintenance and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in food, food ingredients, chemical, or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, automation technologies, drives, and process control systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, reliability-centered maintenance, calibration, commissioning, and technical improvement projects.
• Understanding of electrical standards, industrial safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills required.

• Experience with advanced automation platforms, process control systems, and manufacturing digitalization.
• Experience leading reliability projects that reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
• Knowledge of energy optimization, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
