Site Manager - Pulp & Paper (Georgia)

Location: Remote role based in the general Brunswick, Georgia area, United States

Salary: $88,850–$130,317 per year plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Expand market penetration and identify new customers and business opportunities in the pulp and paper industry.
• Develop annual business development strategies and plans to achieve revenue objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports: a Service Technician and a Sales Representative.
• Sell new business and applications, including sales plans, ROI documentation, and value delivery.
• Maintain the sales funnel in SFDC and manage account profitability, pricing, pump settings, and accounts receivable.
• Partner with corporate accounts, regional marketing, pricing, applications, engineering, and service teams to improve customer satisfaction and business retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in pulp and paper, industrial manufacturing, or a related technical industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineering and service teams.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must be based in the general Brunswick, Georgia area.
