UX/UI Designer (VoD)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with a mix of home and office working

What you will do

• Design engaging user experiences for U across web, mobile, and Connected TV platforms.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Contribute to discovery through design spikes, workshops, and concept exploration.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across digital products.
• Validate design decisions using customer research, analytics, usability testing, and customer insight.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout Agile delivery.

Requirements

• Experience designing digital consumer products across web, mobile, or TV platforms.
• Experience with the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong user-centred, interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design, and responsive or adaptive design.
• Ability to communicate and present design decisions while managing multiple priorities.
