What you will do

• Create digital brand look and feel, design systems, and pixel-perfect responsive interfaces.
• Lead and support multiple designers to elevate the overall UI design offering.
• Ensure all designs meet high usability and accessibility standards.
• Communicate design processes and solutions persuasively to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
• Demonstrable experience in eCommerce and transactional website design.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Degree in Graphic Design, UI, or a related discipline.
