Hourly wage: $53.85–$94.71 per hour, plus possible performance bonuses and regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Analyze pharmacy and financial data to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory levels, signing, and loss-prevention controls.
• Set customer-service standards and resolve patient and customer needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach, safety, quality-assurance, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, compliance, and business decisions.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
