Pharmacy Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; onsite at 4331 Thousand Oaks Dr

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach programs and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports and implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy and financial data to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
