Pharmacy Manager - $30,000 Sign On Bonus

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Lead community outreach and encourage associates to support local health initiatives.
• Implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, compliance, and performance data.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
