Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite in Baker, Louisiana, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Analyze pharmacy performance and patient-outcome data, as well as financial information, to support business decisions.
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and loss-prevention controls.
• Ensure customer-service standards, safety procedures, quality assurance reviews, and legal and company-policy compliance.
• Lead community outreach programs and promote patient and community health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff, operations, and performance data.
