Staff Pharmacist

Location: Walmart Supercenter 00785, 1350 Azalea Dr, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for other schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Guide pharmacy staff in delivering effective customer service.
• Build relationships with patients and community partners and participate in outreach activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Experience or proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and address varied medical concerns.
• Work onsite at the Waynesboro, Mississippi pharmacy location.
