Professional Services Project Manager

Location: In-office positions in Lake Oswego, Oregon; Westminster, Colorado; or Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Travel of up to 10% is required.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from initial design through final delivery.
• Combine multi-organizational tasks into cohesive plans and forecast effort, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, gather requirements, provide operational data-flow education, and resolve issues.
• Lead remote, matrixed project teams while maintaining scope, deadlines, and resource alignment.
• Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies across parallel projects while protecting schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 3+ years of project management experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects and leading remote teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong client management, relationship-building, requirements-gathering, and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work in one of the listed US office locations.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience managing ERP software implementations.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger.
• Construction industry knowledge.
• Experience with Kantata or Kimble, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
