Location: Onsite at 4910 Executive Ct S, Frederick, Maryland, United States

Annual salary: $64,000–$96,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise resource management and plan the delivery and improvement of Health and Wellness services, programs, and personnel.
• Provide technical consultation, guidance, and oversight for pharmacy and Health and Wellness operations.
• Analyze financial, business, customer, and operational data to support business plans and performance goals.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, milestones, communications, risks, and issue resolution.
• Inspect working environments, conduct safety audits, maintain equipment records, and respond to incidents according to standard procedures.
• Support prescription verification, troubleshoot drug therapy issues, and ensure compliance with prescription administration standards.

Requirements

• Either 1 year of experience as a hirify.global supervisor or 2 years of external leadership experience managing a team of at least five supervisors and/or employees.
• Complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
• Become a registered pharmacy technician in the state of practice within one year of starting the role.
• Provide evidence of full vaccination under CDC guidelines or obtain an approved medical or religious accommodation, as permitted by law.
• Leadership experience with performance management responsibilities is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
