Assistant Club Manager

Location: Easton, MD #0322; onsite, full-time club operations

Salary: $63,750–$79,750 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the Club Manager to oversee daily operations for Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience departments.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, certify, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Plan labor schedules, manage coverage, and use reporting tools to improve sales, inventory, shrink, and profitability.
• Ensure GOLD, GAA, and LAST member-service standards, close-to-open readiness, cleanliness, safety, and product availability.
• Lead food safety, sanitation, OSHA, RIST, cold-chain, and audit-compliance efforts while resolving operational issues.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership across club departments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Experience leading large or cross-functional teams, developing staff, communicating results, and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of retail operations, membership, frontline, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.
• Must obtain and maintain ServSafe food safety certification.
• Forklift operation and open-shift availability are required; regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
