Club Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead the club's daily operations, profitability, sales performance, and member experience.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and hold a large team accountable for results.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching, feedback, training, and difficult conversations.
• Control operating costs, improve productivity, and implement concepts that maximize profitability.
• Monitor local competition, retail trends, shrink, turnover, audits, and other key performance indicators.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and the Home Office while ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or supervising cross-functional teams and communicating results.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Open shift availability and a minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
