What you will do
- Lead, coach, and support retail coordinators while assigning priorities, monitoring performance, and improving workflows.
- Manage retail special projects, new store openings, relocations, store data, vendor services, uniforms, incentives, contests, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate debit terminals, ATM providers, UBI devices, hardware deployment, maintenance, inventory, uptime, and issue resolution across retail locations.
- Manage cash pickup scheduling and vendor platforms, coordinate with accounting, audit cash trackers and bank reporting, and resolve cash-related issues.
- Maintain pricing and menu accuracy across POS, e-commerce, and marketing platforms while coordinating with retail, merchandising, compliance, and marketing teams.
- Prepare weekly leadership reporting, newsletters, deal sheets, communications, and responses to ad hoc operational requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, training, coordination, or project management, including managing special projects from conception through completion.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring others and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and/or retail operations software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments and maintain strict confidentiality.
