Team Manager Developmental (Retail)

Location: Wausau, Wisconsin, United States; onsite role at a Sam’s Club facility.

Annual salary: $70,000–$95,000, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation. An additional salary range of $62,000–$84,000 is also listed in the posting.

What you will do

• Lead teams in member experience, fresh, merchandising, fulfillment, or freight flow operations.
• Deliver business results while applying customer-focused, omni-merchant, EDLP, and EDLC principles.
• Build high-performing teams and develop associates through coaching, empowerment, and recognition.
• Promote Sam’s Club values, accountability, inclusion, sustainability, and community responsibility.
• Implement continuous improvements and encourage adoption of digital tools and new ways of working.
• Use data, analytics, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to shape team strategy.

Requirements

• Two or more years of college; or one year of retail experience with six months of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, two years of general work experience with one year of supervisory experience, one year of Sam’s Club experience, or three years of military experience.
• Ability to lead associates, collaborate with business partners, and support customer-focused operations.
• Ability to work onsite at the Sam’s Club facility in Wausau, Wisconsin.
