Senior Analyst, Operations and Implementation (Marketplace Operations)

Location: San Bruno, California, or Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite role

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually in Bentonville, or $78,000–$143,000 annually in San Bruno, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and platform enablement for SMB, multi-location, and Mid-Market sellers.
• Serve as the primary contact for sellers, explaining requirements, timelines, and launch expectations.
• Lead onboarding engagements independently and coordinate with business owners, operations leaders, directors, and executives.
• Build onboarding plans, track milestones and dependencies, and ensure sellers launch on time.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and workflow improvements across the onboarding pipeline.
• Develop standardized SOPs, playbooks, and enablement resources for scalable onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field, or two years of experience in retail, production, operations management, or a related area.
• Experience managing multiple sellers or operational engagements, timelines, risks, and launch readiness.
• Strong seller relationship management, proactive communication, and ability to simplify complex requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with Business Development, Go-to-Market, Account Management, Product, Compliance, and Seller Success teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate updates in CRM and operational systems and drive stakeholder accountability.
• Ability to work onsite in San Bruno, California, or Bentonville, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
