Senior Manager, Operations Improvement

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, 814 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Define project scopes, objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource plans across multiple initiatives.
• Lead process improvement projects by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Monitor program performance metrics, resolve post-implementation issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor, train, and manage team members to build a high-performing operational environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and safety standards.
• Present project status and improvement plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 4 years of experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or a related area; or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience managing multiple projects, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety and the execution of OSHA standards.
• Experience with continuous improvement, change management, stakeholder alignment, compliance reporting, safety assurance, and facility management.
• Strong leadership, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and team development skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office, retail industry, training and development, and cross-functional project experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
