Salary: $84,000–$156,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, managing timelines, and tracking dependencies.
• Own shared team infrastructure, including distribution lists, calendars, directories, repositories, access, and recurring resources.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, group travel, expenses, and other administrative workflows.
• Manage logistics for team meetings, international market visits, offsites, workshops, and other multi-stakeholder events.
• Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to simplify, automate, and standardize recurring work.
• Partner with functional leaders, market teams, executive assistants, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple operational work streams and project plans.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline development, resource allocation, and meeting facilitation.
• Clear communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project status reporting.
• Experience improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Commitment to company policies, ethical standards, and a positive team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising associates.
• Master's degree in Economics.
• Project Management Professional certification.
