Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at the Walmart Supercenter, 4115 Calumet Ave, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual salary for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with patients and partners while supporting community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI requirements.
• Adaptability in addressing varied patient needs and medical concerns.
