Staff Pharmacist

Location: Richlands, North Carolina, United States; onsite at a Walmart Supercenter pharmacy.

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for other schedules, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners through outreach and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Adaptability in addressing varied patient needs and medical concerns.
• Ability to work onsite at the Richlands, North Carolina location.
