Realty Project Coach (Project Management)

Location: Tupelo, Mississippi, United States; home-store based with frequent travel to projects across the United States. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with primarily overnight shifts lasting 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver assigned projects on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to store teams and key stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop hourly associates.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Coordinate project execution while minimizing impacts on store operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; or 3 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and availability for frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from the home store.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
