Branch Manager

Location: Durango, Colorado, United States; travel to various TBK Bank locations may be required.

Annual salary: $57,784–$76,802.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee retail banking operations across multiple assigned branches.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop branch employees while supporting hiring, promotion, and performance decisions.
• Deliver high-touch service to retail, commercial, and concierge clients in person, by phone, and by email, including after-hours responses.
• Drive branch sales, growth, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and community relationships.
• Review deposit reports, audits, and performance results; conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Maintain branch security and ensure compliance with bank policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering laws, and information security requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a retail banking environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of consumer compliance regulations, including CIP and disclosures.
• Leadership ability, strong work ethic, self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
