Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance

Location: Onsite at 350 Park Ridge Rd, Sullivan, Missouri, United States

Salary: $26.00–$51.00 per hour, plus possible premiums and bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair retail facilities, equipment, fixtures, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment repairs.
• Receive reactive repair work orders, document completed activities, and support store associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities, equipment, and fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Sullivan, Missouri.
• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have vocational or technical certification with relevant experience, or qualifying experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related trade.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle report; commercial driving record requirements apply.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, frequently use ladders, work at heights, remain seated or standing for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• Completion of a two-year vocational or technical trade program.
• Related trade license in the city or state where the role is located.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and office software.
