(USA) Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance

Location: Greenfield, Indiana, United States; onsite facility-services role

Salary: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, fixtures, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment repairs.
• Use the work order management system to receive reactive repair requests and document completed work.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid state-issued driver's license and pass a motor vehicle report; commercial driving record requirements apply.
• Have vocational or technical certification with relevant trade experience, or equivalent experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently use ladders, and work at heights.
• Meet the stated commercial driving requirements, including restrictions on DUI/DWI/OUI convictions, moving violations, preventable accidents, and serious traffic violations.

Nice to have

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
