Club Manager (Retail)

Location: Springfield, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at BJ's club #0056

Salary: Starting from $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the club's daily operations, profitability, sales performance, and member experience.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team while building a strong leadership bench.
• Set operational priorities, communicate goals, validate results, and provide actionable feedback.
• Control operating costs, shrink, expenses, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor local competition, retail trends, merchandising, warehouse management, and key performance indicators.
• Implement new concepts and improvements to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or supervising cross-functional teams and training team members.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Open shift availability and a minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
